We are not a lender or financial institution. We facilitate connections with third-party lenders.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and updated information
• Maintain confidentiality of login details
• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not misuse, reverse engineer, or tamper with the App

5. KYC, Verification & Information Accuracy

You authorize us to:

• Collect and verify your information
• Share necessary data with banks/NBFCs/verifiers
• Conduct eligibility checks

You are responsible for the correctness of all information and documents submitted.

6. No Guarantee of Loan Approval

Loan approval depends on the policies of individual banks and NBFCs. We do not guarantee:

• Approval of loan
• Amount sanctioned
• Time taken for processing
• Interest rate or terms offered by lenders

7. Third-Party Services

The App may include links or access to:

• Banks and NBFCs
• KYC service providers
• Payment gateways
• Data verification partners

We are not responsible for the content, actions, or services of third parties.

8. Fees & Charges

• The App may charge service fees, consultancy fees, or processing charges.
• All charges will be communicated before payment.
• Lender-side fees (processing fees, insurance, etc.) are governed by lender policies and not controlled by us.

9. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Upload false documents
• Impersonate another person
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Interfere with App functionality
• Spread viruses, malware, or harmful scripts

Violation may result in account suspension or legal action.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property, including:

• App design
• Logo
• UI elements
• Content
• Code
• Graphics

are owned by FLUBBI FINTECH LLP. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Decisions made by banks/NBFCs
• Rejection of loan applications
• Financial loss, delays, or service interruptions
• Accuracy of third-party information
• Any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising due to:

• Misuse of the App
• Providing false or misleading information
• Violation of these Terms

13. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:
